Dining with the Chefs 2019

Chef Jason Anderson from Bon Appétit, Chef Lali Hess of Juniper Spoon, Chef Martin Schap from Bon Appétit, Professor Rick Warner from Wabash College and Chef de Cuisine Brittney Hancock, Juniper Spoon, invite you to join them for dinner on Saturday August 3 6:00PM at the Knowling Field House, Wabash College. As you watch on giant TV monitors, the five chefs will prepare four to five courses featuring Modern Midwest Cuisine, explaining their techniques. You will then enjoy the courses with appropriate wine pairings and take home a cookbook featuring the evening’s menu. All proceeds from this gala event will support Montgomery County Free Clinic, Inc. Cost is $75 per seat or $600 for a table. Purchase your seats now to be certain that you have a place at the table.
